Online Purchases
If we missed an item from your order, you received the wrong item, or your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at [email protected] as soon as possible, including:
• Your order number
• Style number, colour, and size
• Two or more photos of the item and swing tag
In-Store Purchases
If an item you purchased in one of our stores is faulty, please take the item back to the store for a faulty assessment. Ensure you bring your receipt and the item with you.
