How do I place a Click & Collect order?

1. Find the product on our website that you would like to collect from store. 2. Select your colour and size. 3. Select a store ensuring your chosen store indicates your product has stock available. 4. Add product to bag and proceed to the checkout.

When can I collect my order?

Orders placed before 12pm, we will aim to have ready for collection within 4 hours. Please ensure you have received your ‘Ready for Collection’ email and you can pick up your order anytime within our trading hours!. Please note: We will hold your ord

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?

All you need to bring to collect your Click & Collect order is a copy of the Ready for Collection email (printed / digital) or photo ID that matches the name on the order.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?

Yes! Please forward the Ready for Collection email to the person that will be collecting your order. Provide a copy (printed or digital) to the store to collect your order.

Can I add or change my Click & Collect order?

Unfortunately, once an order is made no edits can be made. The stores get to work on preparing your order as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for up to 7 days after being confirmed ‘Ready for Collection’. If your order has not been collected within this time frame, your order will be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method.

Can I return or exchange my Click & Collect order?

Yes! Products purchased through Click and Collect can be returned or exchanged just like any other purchase. Please see our full return policy here.

How will I be notified that my order is ready for collection?

Once your order has been prepared for pick up, you will receive an email indicating your order is ready! This email provides all the information you will need to collect your order.

I can no longer make it into store, can I get it delivered?

Yes! If you can no longer make it into store to collect your order, please contact the store to arrange for your order to be delivered to you.

Are there any Click & Collect fees?

There are no extra charges or minimum spend for a Click & Collect order.
