How Do I Place A Click & Collect Order?

When Can I Collect My Order?
Orders placed before 12pm, we will aim to have ready for collection within 4 hours. Please ensure you have received your ‘Ready for Collection’ email and you can pick up your order anytime within our trading hours!Please note: We will hold your order
Can Someone Collect My Click & Collect Order On My Behalf?
Yes! Please forward the Ready for Collection email to the person that will be collecting your order. Provide a copy (printed or digital) to the store to collect your order.
How Will I Be Notified That My Order Is Ready For Collection?
Once your order has been prepared for pick up, you will receive an email/SMS indicating your order is ready! This email provides all the information you will need to collect your order.
I Can No Longer Make It Into Store, Can I Get It Delivered?
Yes! If you can no longer make it into store to collect your order, please contact the store to arrange for your order to be delivered to you. Find each stores phone number on our websites Store Locator page
