When does the 14-day withdrawal period start?

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive your order. If your order contains multiple items that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins after you receive the final item.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service team  at [email protected]  within 14 days of receiving your order. You must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You may use the withdrawal form provided beow, although this is not mandatory.

How long do I have to return the goods?

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items when exercising their EU right of withdrawal.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

What refund will I receive?

If your withdrawal is accepted, we will refund:

• The purchase price of the returned goods; and
• Any standard outbound shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

Additional delivery costs resulting from a premium or express shipping option selected by the customer are not refundable.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving notice of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Are there any conditions for returning swimwear?

Yes. Returned swimwear must be:

• Unworn and unwashed;
• In its original condition;
• With all original tags attached;
• With hygiene liners intact (where applicable); and
• Free from marks, odours, damage or signs of use.

We reserve the right to make deductions from a refund where the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Are any items excluded from the right of withdrawal?

Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

Any applicable exclusions will be clearly identified on the product page or at the time of purchase.
