We use Australia Post who will hand your parcel onto Canada Post once it arrives in Canada. You can paste your tracking number that we emailed to you into the Canada Post website for more localised tracking updates. 

CANADA POST STRIKES

When Canada Post has a temporary strike - Australia Post will temporarily suspend some postal services from Australia to Canada. If your order is impacted by a strike, but not yet dispatched you will be contacted and your order refunded in full. You will then be able to re-order once postal services to Canada resume.

DUTIES & TAXES

If you are shopping as a Canadian customer, custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches Canada and is to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. We do recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees.

Unclaimed Orders & Return to Sender Policy
If your order is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused on delivery, or due to unpaid duties or taxes, Swimwear Galore does receive a fee from the shipping carrier for getting it back. To help cover this, a small Return to Sender (RTS) fee of $20 AUD will be deducted from your refund.

A few helpful notes:

• Shipping costs aren’t refundable once your order is sent out.
• Refunds are processed once your package safely makes it back to us.
